SFS has been partnering with World Kinect to help manage electricity and natural gas invoice accuracy. Now, SFS was seeking additional support to help become more water efficient and uncover retroactive water billing discrepancies and potential savings to reduce future bills.
Just as with SFS' electricity and natural gas supplier invoices, World Kinect conducted an audit of SFS' water bills and identified savings from retroactive utility refunds and water efficiencies to reduce future bills.
World Kinect's team aggregated and reviewed SFS Intec's historical water invoices, pinpointing a number of discrepancies in utility's charges.
To recuperate the overcharged amounts, World Kinect carried out negotiations with the water supplier on SFS's behalf and secured a refund.
World Kinect also conducted an assessment to identify areas of overconsumption and recommended water efficiency improvements.
