World Fuel Trip Support Expands US CBP Reimbursable Services Program (RSP) to 50 airports

Updated March 4, 2025:
World Fuel Trip Support Now an Approved Partner at 50 Total Airports With US CBP’s Reimbursable Services Program
Operators can take advantage of World Fuel’s approved participation in the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Reimbursable Services Program (RSP). This service allows them to utilize overtime services at approved partner airports.
Passenger and cargo volumes have been increasing rapidly, straining existing US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) resources and causing clearance delays. CBP has partnered with operators and trip support providers to address these challenges and approved them to participate in the Reimbursable Services Program (RSP). World Fuel Services, Inc. is now an approved RSP partner at ten airports listed below and is working on approval for more.
How it works:
Recently, getting customs after-hours services has been nearly impossible without RSP due to claims of no overtime (OT) availability, leading to two viable options for operators arriving after hours:
- Apply to join the RSP program
- Work with an approved RSP partner, like World Fuel Trip Support, to set up and pay the CBP OT on their behalf
This month, World Fuel Trip Support became an approved partner at 50 airports, up from 34 in late 2024. The team continues to work to become approved for more.
