Singapore F1 Grand Prix 2023

The Singapore F1 Grand Prix will be held from 15 to 17 Sep 2023. All operators that wish to come into Singapore during this period are advised to stick to schedule as planned in order to facilitate ground movement for pax/crew and also parking control.

Priority will be given to F1 sponsors, owners, player group and committee members. F1 spectators are considered Non-F1 related personnel and will be considered as non-F1 related flight.

Seletar Airport (WSSL)

All parking requests are to be submitted by 6 Sep 12pm.
After 6 Sep, all parking requests or turnaround requests will be on a case-by-case basis and is subject to approval.
Parking control movement will be arranged by CAG and taxiway may be closed to create more parking spaces for aircraft.

Changi Airport (WSSS)

These guidelines are only applicable to F1 flights.Non-F1 related flights will be denied operations to WSSS from 10 to 20 Sep 2023. The default airport for F1 flights is WSSL.

If WSSS is required, only quick turnarounds (pick and drop) are allowed. No layover shall be facilitated at WSSS from 10 to 20 Sep, unless supported with proper documentations for operational requirements to layover at WSSS.

Operators must file for all flights, including diplomatic ones. For diplomatic flights, the permit approval number must be provided.
MFA permit approval does not take bay availability into consideration.

All GCR filings must include the following information in the SI:

Lead pax
Business entity
Reason(s) for operating to WSSS.

Late submissions after 6 Sep, 12pm will not be accepted.
